Seats will be allotted to candidates satisfying the eligibility norms mentioned in the prospectus such as <br><br> a) A candidate who have completed or posess a Post Graduate Degree is not eligible. <br>b) A candidate who is a diploma holder is not eligible for another diploma. <br>c) If a candidate wants to be waitlisted during counselling he/she is automatically waitlisted in the general waitlist for all the courses. <br>d) Candidates can remain on the waitlist only for courses and not for colleges. <br>e) If a candidate is allotted a firm seat in a Degree course cannot remain the general waitlist. <br>f) Candidates who are absent at the time counselling at the scheduled time and date will not be considered later. speciality are more than 8, the rule of reservation will be followed as follows: <br><br>(OC-31%, BC-30%, MBC-20%, SC 18%, ST 1%) Within 30% reservation for BC, 3.5% reservation will be provided for and All India Quota surrendered seats (after II Phase of DGHS counselling) it will be allotted to candidates (already allotted or waitlisted) based on merit/community following roster rule of reservation wherever applicable. <br><br>l) Candidates who have selected a course during the first phase of counselling, wish to attend the counselling again for the newly sanctioned/All India Quota
